NEURON is a client-side AI assistant that runs entirely within your web browser. It uses WebGPU and WebAssembly technology to perform AI language model inference locally on your device. Key characteristics include:

Always verify important information through authoritative sources before acting on it. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on outputs from the Application.
The NEURON application code, design, and associated assets are the property of their respective owners. The underlying AI models used by NEURON are subject to their own open-source or permissive licenses, as published by their respective creators (including but not limited to Qwen, Meta, and Microsoft).
You retain full ownership of any content you input into the Application. Because no content is transmitted to or stored on our servers, we make no claim over your inputs or the outputs generated in response.
NEURON is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Your use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, NEURON — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
NEURON may download AI model weights from third-party CDN providers. Your use of those services is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue NEURON — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of NEURON after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
